Conference Policy

You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by fax at 812-339-0138 or email info@heroconf.com by February 28, 2013. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after February 28, 2013 are non-refundable.

Substitutions may be made at any time if the registrant cannot attend. Please notify Hanapin of substitutions by telephone at 812-339-6374, fax 812-339-0138 or email .
