Hero Conf Terms and Conditions

You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by email at heroconf@hanapinmarketing.com by March 14, 2014. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after March 14, 2014 are non-refundable.

You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization by notifying heroconf@hanapinmarketing.com, however you may not transfer your registration once your badge has been picked up.

Speakers and content are subject to change.

Hanapin Marketing reserves the right to use photographs of any Hero Conf attendee in promotional materials.

Hanapin Marketing reserves the right to provide attendee email addresses to conference sponsors for pre-conference use.
